STEP 1

Attend and Complete the On-Ramp Course. This includes an Introduction session and 6 Basics sessions where we take you through the 9 fundamental movements, touch on basic nutrition and cover all the other need to knows. STEP 2

After completion of the basics course you can sign up through our web site. Go to our web site home page, scroll down and click on the SIGN UP button, which will redirect you to our sign up page. Here you fill in the information required, choose your package and you are set to start your fitness journey with the Crossfit WHK family.
