He has a persistent approach to his coaching and will not give up ‘till we have everyone doing near perfect squats. And this goes for all the movements.  He practises what he preaches, train hard and stay humble.

EMOM’s are great for conditioning and we should work on our weaknesses to compliment our strengths. As hard as training might be we need to equally focus on our rest, recovery and nutrition. Doesn’t matter what we do and how we do it, as long as me move we better than yesterday.

Coach

I'm driven by the desire to be resilient, not only in CrossFit but in every aspect of my life. To “train hard and stay humble.” And to always stand by my fellow athletes, encouraging and supporting them. 


I believe a strong mind and a strong work ethic will exceed a strong body. And once you really embrace the fact that you’re climbing a mountain with peaks but no top/end destination, then only will you start to grow and reach your goals.
