With today's technology taking over, our children have become less and less active and basic skills such as running, jumping and squatting has become a challenge for some children.
With our program we teach not only basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence.
Children learn foundation movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing and jumping.
Specifically, in Kids@Sold Out we teach the 10 general physical skills, which are the base for any sport your child may pursue.
Improvement in each of these physical capacities will directly lead to your child having an increased ability to learn and succeed in other sports.
