What is CrossFit?
In a nutshell CrossFit is Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at High Intensity.
The CrossFit movements are safe, natural and compound in nature—and they’re efficient. They express power and lend themselves to precise measurement. That measurement is key, because it takes fitness out of the realm of ethereal guesswork and makes it concrete and quantifiable. When something can be defined and measured, ideas can be tested and improvement can be tracked, allowing athletes and trainers alike to find the best way to achieve fitness.

Coach Herman describes his job as “The best job in the world”. He has a passion for people, fitness and adding value to other people`s lives. He believes in “Chasing Excellence” in every aspect of your life so that one can claim a Sold Out lived life every day! He is committed to drive his members to maximise their potential and through this form a fit, positive, driven and happy community.
Coach and Kids/Teens Coach

Aka. The Mechanic, Engine Specialist. Coach JP loves loads of volume and those 60min+ wods. He has a persistent approach to his coaching and will not give up ‘till we have everyone doing near perfect squats. And this goes for all the movements. He practises what he preaches, train hard and stay humble.

Aka. The King of Swing. Although Coach Fritz is a big fan of the kettlebell, from swings, get ups and cleans to framers carry and everything in between, he believes in the aim of CrossFit – “Broad, general and inclusive fitness”. Everything goes!
