And this goes for all the movements.  He practises what he preaches, train hard and stay humble.

I have been in love with sport, health, and fitness from a very young age. I am a trained Biokineticist which deepens my passion for helping people to move and compete better. I have been doing Crossfit since 2014 and one of my biggest dreams is still to compete at the Crossfit Games as a masters athlete.

I'm driven by the desire to be resilient, not only in CrossFit but in every aspect of my life. To “train hard and stay humble.” And to always stand by my fellow athletes, encouraging and supporting them. 
I believe a strong mind and a strong work ethic will exceed a strong body. And once you really embrace the fact that you’re climbing a mountain with peaks but no top/end destination, then only will you start to grow and reach your goals.
